A restorative, skills-based retreat for healthcare professionals integrating mindfulness practice, equanimity training, and values-based reflection. Led by psychiatrists Erin Burrell and Andrea Grabovac, this retreat offers practical tools to support wellbeing and sustainability in clinical practice, within a supportive peer community and natural setting.
