PWN Wellness Rounds: Building Shame Competence in Medicine

PEI physicians are invited to join the Physician Wellness Network (PWN) for a virtual Grand Rounds session exploring shame in medicine and its impact on physician well-being and medical culture.

The next session, "From Recognition to Response: Building Shame Competence in Medicine", will take place on Nov. 4, from 9:30-10:45 p.m. AT, featuring Dr. Will Bynum.

Building on Dr. Bynum’s first PWN session, this session will focus on practical strategies to recognize and mitigate shame at both the individual and organizational levels and help foster healthier, more supportive medical cultures.

The session is free, and you do not need to have attended the first PWN Rounds session to participate.
