Special guest lecturer Dr. Shelly Dev will present "To Humanely Move Forward, Take a Step Back: 3 Essential Questions to Rehabilitate Our Unwell Medical Culture" at an in-person event on April 9.

Dr. Dev, Staff Intensivist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, is an award-winning medical educator of undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education audiences.

In addition to nearly 350 lectures given to national and international audiences about healthcare worker mental health, burnout, resilience, and medical culture, Dr. Dev has written and spoken extensively on these topics in the wider media. She is a dynamic, engaging, and impactful public speaker.
