Executive Functioning Workshop Series for Physicians Our Executive Functioning workshops provide practical, interactive support for physicians to manage overwhelm and build clarity in personal and professional life. Participants will gain actionable tools for handling daily demands with greater control, reduce burnout and improve professional performance.

Format and Facilitator

Elisabeth Baerg Hall MD, CCFP, FRCPC:  A respected speaker, educator, and therapist, Dr Baerg Hall is passionate about advancing physician wellness and building physician capacity to live well in the face of growing demands. Known for her leadership in improving services for adults with ADHD, she offers a BC physician ADHD program, Build a Better Core in addition to Physician Health Program sponsored, Executive Function Workshops geared for all BC, PEI, NL physicians interested in living a calmer, considered life. 

  • Open to BC , PEI, NL Physicians or Medical Residents/Fellows. No diagnosis required. 
  • The time zone is in BC/Pacific Time  
  • No cost to attend. 
  • Online via Zoom. Cameras must be on at all times. A computer, laptop, or handheld device with Zoom app and webcam is required. 
  • Must be able to attend the full 90-minute workshop

This workshop blends the latest research with practical application, ensuring you leave with tools you can use immediately. You will: 

  • Gain understanding of what EF skills are and why they are essential in medicine and daily life 
  • Use a structured self-assessment tool to identify your unique strengths and areas for growth 
  • Learn actionable techniques to strengthen less-developed EF skills, grounded in current research and tailored to the realities of medical practice 
  • Create a personalized, step-by-step plan to build and maintain an EF skill over time
