The Physician Referral and Resource Guide, created by and for PEI physicians, serves as a directory to help physicians access health services for their patients. This version focuses on referrals to PEI’s provincial programs, specialists at QEH and PCH, out-of-province services, frequently used community health services, and the doctors’ phone line for pharmacies. The document concludes with the most frequently used family physician billing codes.
