MSPEI is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. Through dedicated funding in the 2024-29 PSA for staff supports, we are expanding our role within the Implementation Management Team and new PSA, adapting to an evolving healthcare landscape.
We are pleased to welcome Jodi Ploquin and Dan Fitzgerald to our leadership team.
Starting this month, Jodi will join us as Director of Physician Wellness and Professionalism, bringing over 17 years of experience in healthcare leadership, including expertise in physician wellness, quality improvement, and trauma-informed leadership.
In her new role at MSPEI, Jodi will focus on strategies to help address physician well-being, workplace culture, and professional satisfaction.
Dan is our new Director of Physician Services Agreement. He will be integral to the team in helping physicians optimize the new PSA and in problem-solving as new issues arise that require MSPEI’s advocacy and potential PSA amendments. He will also join us in April, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare and medical services.
Together, Jodi and Dan will help drive MSPEI's continued evolution and success as we work to better serve physicians.
