The Operational Guide is intended to support the PSA in its operationalization and provide Health PEI's Management Team, Department of Health and Wellness, Physicians, and MSPEI with transparent and consistent guidance on how Health PEI's discretionary decisions related to the PSA and physician services are made. This emerging, working document is near completion and expected to be available in Spring 2025.
